Personality:

Lulu is actually surprisingly relaxed and chill for being a Royal Tea, someone with a lot of duty on their shoulders.  Being a lazy bum, a lot of her words don't pack any punch.  Most people can probably push her over when it comes to activities and sports.  Lulu doesn't care if she is dead last in anything, with her C- grades and horrible track times.  This is probably because she is always sleepy during day time, being a night owl.  She is very easy to approach and talk to even though she is pretty loud when she does make sentence that aren't mumbles, but don't expect much from her.  Despite this, Lulu is always aware of the events going around her.  Looking for someone?  She could probably tell you where they are due to habits and possible choices.  She doesn't use her brain for normal things like studying, but all her energy goes to protecting everyone and dealing with problems that people normally don't see. 

On the flip side, if you ask her to spar, you will get your ass handed to you royaltea style.  Lulu is extremely strong and aggressive when transformed and wearing her magical outfit in pride.  All the laziness that you normally see will disappear in an instant.  This is almost to a very serious level.  In fights, Lulu is one of the most deadly fighters in the Academy, holding her status well to those who didn't believe her and wanted to challenge her.  Her aggressiveness also comes from anyone asking her about her home life, which she is very closed lips about.  


Background:

Lulu doesn't talk about her past, actually no one really knows her story before the Academy.  Between you and me, there are obvious reasons why but here is the cleaned up version of it.  Born out of an arranged marriage between her parents, her mother left when Lulu was young but still have memory of it. Her job more seriously important than her family, and for years on end, Lulu never saw her again.  Lulu didn't know why at that time, but she always resented her mother for leaving.  Since her father was busy all the time as well with his job, Lulu spend a lot of her life alone as a child.  Lulu lived with that fact, spending more time outside of her house to observe people and absorb the energy and commotion to drown out the silence of her home.  She found that she is more active during the night, so she spent her day time sleeping to avoid people and get that needed rest so she can go live the night life.  She got into a lot of trouble and is no stranger to street fights and the local police.

As soon as she was 14, she quickly grabbed up the chance to go to a dorm school where she didn't have to stay in such a dead environment. The pamphlet for the school came in by mail actually, and Lulu happily went through the years at HF Academy getting accepted even with her horrible grades. She accepted the whole handmaiden thing without much of a fuss, using all her energy in fighting and getting mediocre grades to stay in school. Her Royal Tea assignment was actually quite strange, apparently a recommendation from the staff.  During the night, Lulu always is on the prowl but in the day, you can expect her sleeping somewhere.

Trivia:
Lulu will sleep in random people's beds, because she couldn't be bothered to check the room number.  Just flop and then sleep.   Has a bad habit of sneaking into Silvia's bed because she always has the cleanest and softest pillow.  Barely goes in her own room. (Look at that Lulu, trying to nest in other people's beds)
You can find her probably sleeping in someone's room, on the roof and nearest the top of the tree, or patrolling around at night.
Likes to give all the Royal Tea work to Silvia, because the other likes to do things and Lulu doesn't.
Is a big eater, she tends to use a lot of energy for some reason even though she does minimal amount of work. (Well now you know where all that energy goes)
Don't mention her mother, seriously just don't. (Even more now whooop)
