Pretty much Norman is the standard hardworking accountant, does his job, gets out.  He really doesn't like to fuss over things, just get it on paper and get it moving, we don't have all day sort of guy.  Definitely really straightforward with his words, Norman isn't one to mince details and just gets right to the point with everything.  He doesn't care if it would effect the person's feelings, a job is a job, you got to be professional about everything and no time for flowery talk.  He gets super easily irritated with people, forgetting everyone isn't a machine and have bad days sometimes.  At least you can trust Norman, he is very honest despite being a giant asshole otherwise.  He barely gets along with people in general and let the numbers do the talking for him.  Since he remember numbers better than people's names sometimes, he is pretty good at remembering people he care about birthdays.

History: 
Norman had a very boring life to be honest.

Nothing interesting happened really in his childhood, he was the oldest of five siblings though.  He had two younger sisters and two younger brothers, and to be honest he never really talked to them because he was five years older and always had more of a loner issue as well.  His parents were very stern when it came to everything, he was the oldest so he needed to have a stable job and income to provide to the family as his siblings had the free experience.  He studied through school, he did part time jobs, he made sure to keep out of trouble.  He didn't have many friends, just one or two and that was enough for him.  He was also forced to have music lessons, learning the piano and violin, along with a few self defense classes because he was a very tall teenager so it made use of his long limbs.

After graduating high school, he went to study accounting and business in university.  It was brutal, pain and suffering, and so many times he wanted to just quit.  This wasn't his beloved math and numbers, this was butchered numbers spewed up into statements that didn't make sense.  The true evil is really accounting, and after getting his degree and cried out bloody and sticky tears, Norman didn't have time to take a breather and got to job searching.  He applied to work at the Business department at the Dulcet Laeta Factory on a whim actually, he didn't think he would actually get accepted.  Well at least it is literally the best place to get a job in the city so Norman isn't complaining.

 Always carries a pen with him at all times, frequently can hear him clicking it rapidly while thinking
 Is always really cold, as he is cold to touch and wears vests frequently to try to keep body heat in
 Sometimes uses numbers to replace letters so he might address someone by a number like their ID number or the number of letters in their name or their phone numbers.  He only call the people he need to call by name like parents, siblings, and managers which he wrote their names down instead.
 Actually hates accounting but once getting into working and not just cramming for tests, he found it manageable.  He likes doing budgets and tax work more actually.
 Fails at using a stapler a lot, so he uses clips and folders and binders.

A former employee, Norman had to take a break due to stress and then came back soon when he felt better.  Hopefully everything is fine. 
During his break, Norman has taken up mixed martial arts to de-stress, finding fighting really helps him relax.
He also rekindled his love for playing music.  He is currently learning how to play the harmonica.
Is slightly addicted to alcohol after an emotional shutdown. It makes him feel better.  Unfortunately he has a high alcohol tolerance so it takes a lot to get him to that buzz.

Recently has been writing a cook book

-extremely fast worker when it comes to calculations, numbers are his strong point

Weaknesses: 
-Weak to the cold, so avoids cold places when possible
-A bit too detail orientated to the point he misses the big picture most of the time
-Has troubles with explaining his methods, he knows what he is doing but bad at telling someone else what to do
-poor eyesight, needs to have his glasses on to read something or he is screwed
-Can't dance, really can't dance (He has been going to a dance club to improve, but it is definitely a slow improvement rate)
